Traderstats is not liable or responsible for errors or misrepresentations in user posted content. We are not responsible for any content of linked websites.

By posting content, you grant us the right to use and display your content.

You warrant that you own or have rights to your content.

Initial payment for the first month of service or first annual plan made are eligible for refund 7 days from purchase. After that no refunds will be issued and payments are final. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription prior to renewal.
