Are payments secure?
Yes, payments are safe and secure at Traderstats. We use Stripe as our billing partner. They handle all payment information like your credit card securely.
How do I get 4 months free when signing up?
If you subscribe to the yearly plan, the price is over 30% cheaper. This works out to 4 months free compared to what you get at the regular monthly rate. Make sure to select yearly to get the savings! This is our way of saying thank you and helps us keep improving the product. 🤝
How do I upgrade from Free to Pro?
Upgrading is simple! Go to your billing settings in the app, choose yearly or monthly, then "Upgrade to PRO".
Can I really upload trades from unlimited accounts?
Yes, you can upload trades from as many accounts as you like! We know prop traders have funding from many companies and we want to support that so you can see all of your trading stats in one place.
Refunds
Refunds are available within the first 7 days of your initial purchase. Go to your billing settings and click on "Request a refund".
