Affiliate Program Terms

Rules

1. Promotion

• Partners can promote Traderstats through any of their own channels, like websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Spamming and misleading promotional tactics are strictly prohibited.
• Using your own affiliate link to purchase subscriptions is not allowed.

2. Commissions

• Earn 20% commission on all sales for 12 months from the signup date.
• Commissions are paid only for new customer subscriptions.
• Refunds and chargebacks will be deducted from commission payments.

3. Payouts

• Payments are made on net 15 terms. At the end of each month affiliate payment totals are calculated. On the 15th of the following month the payments are sent out via PayPal.
• Minimum payout threshold applies. You'll need at least $100 in commission to qualify for payout.
• Payments are made via PayPal only.
• Accurate payment details must be provided to receive commissions.

4. Responsibility

• We reserve the right to refuse payment for rule violations.
• Affiliates are responsible for their promotional activities and compliance with local laws.
• Traderstats is not responsible for affiliate tax obligations.
• Terms may be updated without prior notice.
